remove .png link in alert prefix for SE posts #28

a test to see if eliminating the .png link makes any difference in only random SE questions appearing in the ~town square channel at chat.civicrm.org , rather than all appearing, as they should....

https://civicrm.org/sites/civicrm.org/files/rss-stackexchange.png is there and I don't believe this is going to fix the issue, so I'd prefer to not merge it. I think the visual indicator is helpful and this shouldn't break bolts as the bot doesn't try to retrieve the image itself AFAIK, only embed it in the chat output.

However I'll give you access to merge and then you can also back it out if it doesn't help.
