There is an interpretations section in each act which defines eg what "Digital Communication" means.

This will need to show what the term means if it's defined in the current scope of discussion.

Perhaps creating a class that every word defined in the interpretation section has a link + hover on that word wherever it appears across the entire act leading you to its original definition.
