I recently came across your project LearnQuantumComputationUsingQiskit_CN and I noticed that the repository github.com/xushengun/LearnQuantumComputationUsingQiskit_CN currently does not have a license specified.

Why Adding a License is Important?

Would be possible to add a valid license to this repository? Probably something really OpenSource such as the Apache 2.0 license would fit really well.

Tnk for noticed. There is a license in "ReadMe.md",according IBM license ,it is Apache 2.0
