"Cancel" Task functionality #3

Users should be allowed to cancel their current task and start another task. Currently, the only options are exiting and editing the .txt file manually.

Simple check into continue. Adding to a dev branch

Done. Users can type cancel and be prompted for confirmation. They can then start a new task, add one manually, or exit.
