Tag are not cummulative #2

Tags are not cummulative, which is annoying given that I may have someone with many tags (i.e. Bernice) and then I just wish to add a single tag, like Tennis partner becuase now we play tennis together. But when doing so, it removes all previous tags even though she remains a colleague and friend, which is quite troublesome.

Reason for disagreement: I am not saying it is not in UG, I am saying it is an inconvenience therefore it is a feature flaw that could maybe be considered in to make life easier for th user.
