Run Angle on all dx9 video cards.

I expect some percentage to fail.

I need to gather as much information as possible.

A) A demo that we can have people run.
B) A method of processing those stats to determine which cards fail.
C) Continuously check these stats by displaying relevant statistics to see how 
we can improve.

This is beyond the scope of this project, and one demo is unlikely to exercise 
all features.  It seems like maybe the WebGL conformance tests fit at least 
some of this need, but certainly testing all dx9 cards is not something we can 
do.  However, if you have something like this that you've implemented we'd be 
happy to link to it.
