vs版本依赖问题 #2

在vs208环境下，如果直接build 
solution会出现部分编译失败的情况，而再编译（勿重
新编译）就正常。这是由于各个project没有设置依赖关系造成�
��，建议添加一下，毕竟
举手之劳！
