Display bug with Chromifox Extreme 3.0.6 & Chromin Frame 1.0.9.3 #10

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install
2. Open
3. See it 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
No empty bar under tabs (and over menu bar)
Same color for closing cross (x) one tabs

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Chromifox Extreme 3.0.6 & Chromin Frame 1.0.9.3
Firefox 3.5.2
Windows XP

In fact just the tab bar bug is fixed. Still have the crosses issue
