cant drap ff window if you click below the window buttons

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. i marked the region on the attached picture where draggin the window by
click & drag is not possible

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
0.9.4.

Please provide any additional information below.
there is also a problem with the "add tab" button below the this area. if
you create 2 tabs very fast the window is being maximized/minimized
