Error in 1.0.9.7 #35

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open new tabs till one menu bar can't contain them(8 or more), and it
will show arrows() in each side. (Pic1)
2. Close some(5 for example). (Pic2)
3. The arrows remain there.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The arrows remain there, which should be gone.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
The version is 1.0.9.7, Windows XP.

Please provide any additional information below.

When there's only one tab, then no problem.
