Tabbar should behave like a normal window title #9

In windowed mode i can only drag and move the window when i click to above
the tab bar. This should also work when i click to the tab bar. And a
double click to the tab bar should change between maximized and normal
windows mode. (Currently it opens a new tab)

The tab bar is not dragable in case of the window be draged when maximized.
