请问任务调度支持spring job fix delay方式么 #1990

Please answer some questions before submitting your issue. Thanks! 看现在xxl-job-admin中支持的调度是cron表达式， 定时执行。对于执行时长不确定的任务是否支持前一个任务执行完成后固定时间再执行下一次任务

同问，2.3版本没有固定延时
