Dialog closing options appear to have no effect

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open Settings -> General -> Dialogs 1
2. Ensure the Autoclose dropdown is on something other than "close manually"
3. Perform an operation that invokes a progress dialog (for example, commit
or push)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Depending on the option chosen, the dialog box should be closed
automatically; instead, it appears to persist regardless of which option is
chosen.

It seems like this option has no effect, regardless of its value.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
0.5.1.0 on Windows Vista Ultimate x64

Yes, auto close feature has not implemented.
