Unicode directory/files are ignored. #93

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create a directory/file which contains Unicode chars. 
2. Try to comit.
3. You will see that these directories are ignored.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Committing these directory/files.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

TortoiseGit 0.6.2.0 
git version 1.6.2.2.1669.g7eaf8

Does your filename include 0x5c? like issue 194

Fixed in TortoiseGit >=1.7.9 in combination with msysgit >=1.7.10.
