Can't install on MikTex #2

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. downloaded latest file, read manual
2. included package into my document
3. compile it

Get error, that package does not exist and can't be downloaded

my Sys: Win7 64 bit, MikTex (latest stabile version), TexMaker

Hey, thanks for your feedback.
But did you put the pgf-umlcd.sty in the same directory as your tex file?
(Otherwise you have to put pgf-umlcd.sty in your tex system path)
