Camera not Working #5

I'm on Sonoma 14.5 and the Camera is detected on system information but is not working on any app.

Update: I downgraded to Ventura 13.6.7 and the camera still not working (yes the camera is open), idk if there is something extra to turn on the camera but for me is not working on this versions 😕😕
