My scene becomes extremely laggy or crashes outright.I don't know what happened.

Please provide further details to assist in identifying the issue. You may also try our demo level and demo models (PLY files)

I just dragged the Gaussian model into my cesium scene, which only had the map in it, and then my movement through the scene started to get clunky.
