unchecking checkbox in "source monitor list" dialog has no effect #113

1. under run configurations, select the "source monitor list" tab, add a custom 
folder

2. uncheck the folder

3. the scanner will still scan those files and restart.

this is a minor issue--removing the folder altogether is a valid workaround.

This is duplicated issue with Issue 109 , which was fixed in latest nightly.
