Decrypted Trophy add? #23

Is there a way for the dumper to pull the decrypted trophy files in the newer gsmedt and updates?

First I got NP-32046-5. After replacing with correct unencrypted trophy file now I get NP-34940-0. SCE_NP_TROPHY_ERROR_SERVICE_LABEL_NOT_MATCH. A fix for this in dumper would also be nice.
