cloudflare-go: Use default branch (includes DCs) #42

DCs have been merged in Cloudflare-Go, so this just points the endpoint to the default branch ("cf").

Reviewers: I haven't been able to verify this change locally. I'm having some sort of Docker weirdness that I don't understand, which is causing it to use the old code.
