Cant get a Connection, only 01 State #32

Hi there, i hope anybody can help here.

i dont get a link to my isp with this module. the GPON SN was changed, in the gui i see the gpon sn i want to use. Than i connected the fibre. there is an rx of about -20dbm when i plug it in, but no action in the state infos. this module hangs on 01 without any informations. if i connect the ont from my isp direct to the same fibre plug this device connects in seconds,.

do i have to change more than the GPON SN? Any Ideas?

i now had an exchange of this module,. after changing the module everything works as it shoud
