In order for the app to be installable with Extension Manager on a clean XWiki instance, the minimum supported XWiki version needs to be raised to 9.2 because of the following issues:

Alson the licensing API requires a minimum XWiki version of 8.4. See https://github.com/xwikisas/application-licensing
