Accept cookies button doesn't keep the anchor from url #20

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Visit for the first time a website (this can be done easily in a Private Window), with an URL that contains an anchor: https://store-clone.devxwiki.com/xwiki/bin/view/Extension/XWiki%20Pro/?version=10.5#pricing
  2. Click on I accept all Cookies or Configure.

Expected result: the page content is not changed. Actual result: the page content is changed due to the rest of the anchor (from #pricing to #) in the URL
