Changing background image height and width has no effect. #180

Have a diagram with a background image set.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Edit the diagram
  2. Click on Image from the right Panel (Background Image)
  3. Change the value for Width or Height
  4. Click on Apply
  5. Click on Save & View

Expected result: The background image is moved according to the changed parameters.

Actual result: The background image remains in the same position. Also, the values of the parameters remained actually with the initial values when checked again.

Note that the same behavior is present on https://app.diagrams.net/

Issue reproducing on Cloud XWiki15.10.8, Diagram Application (Pro) 1.20.4, Chrome 125, Windows 11
