Provide a new method in xwiki-utils called temporaryUploadAttachment inspired from AttachmentSelector code in XS
- Provide a new configuration in DiagramSheet to know if temporary upload is supported or not
- Use the proper upload method in DiagramEditSheet based on the configuration

Fixes #252
