Expected result:
The first page is visually marked as being selected. This help you know what page you are editing when there are multiple pages.
Actual result:
No page is visually selected.
Note that even if not visually marked, the first page is the one selected for edit. Any changes done will be done to the first page (until another page is selected). So there are no functional issues, only that it's bad UX and can lead to confusion.
