Modified the parent version to 14.10-1 and fixed upgrade issues.

The issue you mentioned is solved and the code updated in another PR that I wanted to push after I upgrade the parent: https://github.com/xwikisas/application-filemanager/pull/103. Should I include it in this PR?

I think it should be done as part of this PR, since it's part of the upgrade. And you can then close the issue as fixed by the upgrade
