Improve the file view by adding a a .msg viewer #50

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Go to New file tab
  2. Upload a .msg file 
  3. Clicking on the file link from the file live table will take you to the file view Expected result: display the content  Actual result: message "Unsupported office file type: application/vnd.ms-outlook"
