Warning that the content will be executed in restricted mode when creating a new Forum #111

Issue similar to issue 20834

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Log in as Admin or any simple user
  2. Click on Forums
  3. Click on Add forum
  4. Add a title
  5. Click on the + sign

Expected results: The new forum entry is displayed in edit mode to add description. No warning is displayed on the top of the page.

Actual results: The following warning appears at above the page title "Warning: For security reasons, the content of the edited document is executed in restricted mode, as the edit was not initiated by a validated request. There may be unexpected errors due to this." WarningsForum

Environment: Windows 11, XWiki 14.10.18 with Forum Application (Pro) 2.9, Chrome 118

very probably same cause as https://github.com/xwikisas/application-meeting/issues/99 and same fix.

in console there's a warning line during attempt to create a new forum entry
