The social buttons don't appear when the option is enabled #112

I believe this issue is related to the fix for Share on facebook feature returns an error

Preconditions: Have the social buttons enabled from Administer wiki > Other > Forums EnableSocialButtons

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Click on a forum
  2. Click on a topic

Expected results: The social options are shown.

Actual results: The social buttons don't appear when the option is selected.

Note: Also tested on Firefox 118 and they aren't showing.

Environment: Windows 11, Cloud instance - XWiki 14.10.16 with Forum Application (Pro) 2.9, Chrome 118

In addition, the documentation page still doesn't cover how to configure it (even the user can find this field in XWiki Preferences) and whether it is workable with localhost or not, regarding the previous conversation https://github.com/xwikisas/application-forum/issues/52#issuecomment-683742509.

Issue reproducing on Cloud XWiki 15.10.8 with Forum Application (Pro) 2.9.2, Chrome 126, Windows 11
