Issue #69 : Changed method call; moved to synchronously sending because the number of recipients is relatively small.

After a discussion with @acotiuga, we decided to use a hard-coded value for mail type because these values are stored in the database and are returned in mail status page.

The problem is that mail type column from mail status page could have the same value, displayed in multiple languages , no matter what is the wiki language.
