Add the option to see the the most Liked / Voted Answers #97

As the possibility to "Like" an answer was implemented #63 it would be nice to also have an option in the right panel for the users to see the most Liked / Voted Answers for a Topic.

Eg. Most Active Answers

Environment: XWiki 12.5.1, IE 11, Forum Application (Pro) 2.7.2
