Attached document content does not load when trying to edit it with the OnlyOffice Connector option #19

Hi,

Reporting an issue that happened on hosted wiki, on a device with Windows, Microsoft Edge version 85.0.564.63. Steps to reproduce:

  1. Accessing a page containing an attached .xlsx or .docx type of file.

  2. Click on the OnlyOffice Connector icon to edit the .xlsx or .docx file.

  3. It opens a page that keeps the content to the "Loading" state: image

  4. Inspected the page and in Console, there is the following error: image and image

At the moment, the installed version of OnlyOffice Connector is 1.4.1 (currently the latest). Tried to uninstall and install again the app, cleared the browser cache and also restarted the wiki.

After discussions with an Infra specialist I found out that the reason for this websocket error might be a setting missing on the local network on the user side. The traffic should be authorized on a specific port for cloud.xwiki.com, as this port is relaying the websocket traffic. Waiting confirmation from a user test before closing the ticket.
