Polls template is not shown on creating a new entry on older versions of xwiki

Steps to reproduce:

• Go to Polls/WebHome
• Click on the "Create" button in order to create a poll

Expected results: Polls template is shown for it to be selected.

Actual results: There is not such an option, only the default ones

This issue is available only for versions of xwiki until 9.5
