The displayUser macro seems to be overwritten.

This is how it looks normally.

This is how is looks after the customization has been removed (using the xwiki provided displayUser macro) .

As far as functionality goes, the css classes/ids used in the customization weren't used in any JS.

As you proposed, we can use the macro u mentioned.

The output can be improved:

• either the user name should be aligned with the avatar (middle)
• or the user avatar should be smaller

Check what happens when you call displayUser in a separate wiki page. Check also the Users section in the Administration (https://jira.xwiki.org/secure/attachment/35957/adminUsers.png) .
