don't request for some pages to have a license header since the code will be moved inside a page that already has it
added scope, since configureGlobally got deprecated
Right now, after this upgrade, the application will stop working because of https://github.com/xwikisas/integration-azure-oauth/issues/14. This happens since configureGlobally got deprecated and we needed to set the ConfigurableClassscope property, to have the Azure configuration page present in the administration section. So #14 (which is in fact caused by https://github.com/xwikisas/identity-oauth/issues/11) will also need to be fixed before closing this one
