After installing the PDF Viewer macro the breadcrumb trees show a "PDFViewer" top level page which seems to display the configuration for the PDF Viewer macro. The configuration is targeted for administrators and the entry point for configuration is the Wiki Administration so this page should be hidden (users are not supposed to change the configuration by going directly to the "PDFViewer" page).
On the long term, we should probably delete this page and move the configuration inside the XWiki space, so that we don't pollute the top level page namespace for nothing (this is a macro, not an application that creates entries, for which a top level page could be justified).
