View-file macro: don't render the document in edit mode #267

I don't think it really makes sense to render attachments while editing a document: it causes performance issues, makes things potentially confusing and isn't generally needed.

I believe the name of the attachment, possibly with a thumbnail, should be displayed in edit mode.
