Convert "userlister" into "userList" macro #317

'userlister" is a more basic bridge macro, while userList is a generic macro with more parameters.

The converter itself will need to be done in Confluence Migrator Pro. Some work is to be done here as well, mostly moving userlister to the legacy macros.

we also need to move userlister to legacy macros module and recommend userList as a generic macro, in the generic module
