Having DPT installed breaks the Creation Kit. #3

When I have the dxgi.dll in the game folder, CK crashes on start up. When I don't it's fine.

For now I'll swap it back and forth, but I though you should know, maybe there was something you could do about it.

This might be fixed in my release (I haven't tested it specifically). Check out https://github.com/StochasticTinkr/PerformanceTuner/releases

Note, my version uses a different algorithm for selecting shadow distance, and it is for designed for Fallout 1.10.40.
