Make sure we have all of the latest software updates #22

We need to ensure that we have all of the latest software updates.  This 
includes at least:

- C++ / WindRiver
- Driver Station
- SmartDashboard
- cRIO image
- Jaguar firmware

There may be others.  Make sure to check the FRC programming web page 
(http://www.usfirst.org/roboticsprograms/frc/2013-Programming), Team Updates 
(http://frc-manual.usfirst.org/Updates/0), and other sources for important 
updates.

There have been updates as recently as 3/5/2013, and there may be more as 
competition season progresses.  Many of these changes will be mandatory and 
required for competition.

I think we have verified that all working systems have the latest versions of 
things, at least I have personally checked the programming laptop and my laptop.

Could people respond with a yes if they have the latest revisions so I can mark 
this as finished and we can all code in peace (yeah right)
