Define the Driver Station user interface

Define the Driver Station user interface.  Procure needed components.  

Use the "subsystem organization" approach:  Work with fabrication and 
electrical to implement the driver station.  Consult with fab, electrical and 
past drivers during the design phase.

Document both design and operation of the driver station.

Some design criteria:

- Appropriate controls for the systems being controlled.
- Human factors - easy to use, etc.
- Driver Station board needs to be easy to carry around during competitions.
- Driver station
