Ratio Groups JS error

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open Settings
2. Go to "Ratio Groups"
3. Hit Ok

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

No output, change in ratio group settings.  Instead:

JS error: [https://xxxxxx.xxxxx.com/rutorrent/js/jquery.js : 4017] str is 
undefined

What environment are you using?
1. My ruTorrent version is...3.4 (latest Revision)
2. My rTorrent version is...0.8.9
3. I use web-server... it version is... on OS... Apache2 
4. I use browser... it version is... on OS... Tested on ALL browsers

Are some errors present in the web-server log?

No

Are some errors present in the browser error console?

No

Please provide any additional information below.

This has happened on two servers now, both unrelated installs of ruTorrent.  
Ratio Groups are no longer functional at all if they require the settings to be 
changed.

Update:

This is for more than just the Ratio Group, any setting changes in the 
"Settings" menu are causing this error to pop up.

Try to disable all plugins and check yet once.

Disabled plugins, added them one by one, its was the FileUpload plugin causing 
the issue.

This is a third-party plugin, ask about it from it's author. I don't know 
anything about it.
