rutorrent stopped working after php update #766

What steps will reproduce the problem?
Today I upgraded php on my web-server. Following changes were introduced:
(check attached php_changelog.txt)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
After this update rutorrent stopped working. I get following error on console:
(check attached rutorrent_err.txt)

What environment are you using?
1. My ruTorrent version is 3.4
2. My rTorrent version is 0.9.2/0.13.2
3. I use web-server Apache it version is 2.2.22-11 on OS Debian Testing
4. I use browser Moxilla Nightly it version is 18.0a1 (2012-09-09) on OS 
Windows 7 SP1 x64

Are some errors present in the web-server log?
No

Are some errors present in the browser error console?
No

Please provide any additional information below.

ruTorrent hasn't relation to this. Your web-server now return contents of a php 
scripts instead running its. Configure your system properly.
