Geoip plugin - no disable option

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.When I right-click on geoip plugin there is no option to unload or disable it

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
There should be the relevant options..

What environment are you using?
1. My ruTorrent version is svn latest
2. My rTorrent version is 0.8.9
3. I use web-server apache version 2.2.22 on OS Ubuntu server 12.04 LTS 64bit...
4. I use browser Firefox it version is 16.0.1 on OS Windows 7

Check file conf/plugins.ini and set 
enabled = user-defined
for this plugin. Or for all plugins.

OK, Novik, thanks!
Just saw that in plugins.ini for that user I had enabled = yes for geoip.
Changed to user-enabled and did the trick. Amd then, since I am the only user, 
I completely deleted plugins.ini from my user and now loads the default 
settings which also does the trick (seems that user-enabled is the default 
behavior)
