RSS Pluging Match Interval

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Set the match interval to 3 days

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I would expect to see a match in the RSS every 3 or more days, instead it never 
starts to download unless I press the "reset" button.

What environment are you using?
1. My ruTorrent version is 0.9.2
2. My rTorrent version is 0.13.2
3. I use web-server Apache on Ubuntu 12.04 LTS Server
4. I use browser Chromium

Are some errors present in the web-server log?
None I am aware of

Are some errors present in the browser error console?
None I am aware of

Please
1) Catch this situation.
2) After that send to me contents of your directory 
rutorrent/share/settings/rss (or rutorrent/share/users/USERNAME/settings/rss if 
you use a multiuser setup). Don't attach it here - it may contain your private 
data. 
2) And specify - about which filter you talk.
