Torrents don't start automatically #784

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Add torrent via plugin or URL or uploading

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What environment are you using?
1. My ruTorrent version is lastest SVN
2. My rTorrent version is 0.9.2/0.13.2
3. I use web-server apache it version Apache/2.2.14 (Ubuntu)
4. I use browser chromium

Are some errors present in the web-server log? no

Are some errors present in the browser error console? no

Hi all!

I use Rutorrent's lastest SVN with Rtorrent 0.9.2/0.13.2 (multiuser installed) 
and it works very well but when I add torrent by uploading or via URL or remote 
torrent adder it doesn't start automatically...

here's my .rctorrent.rc joined

1) What about torrent addition from the watch directory?
2) Try to disable all plugins and check yet once.

Hi, When I add torrent manually on watch directory that's the same issue it 
appears but doesn't start...

I've been try with only httprpc plugin: same issue...

thanks all my configs are good =/

In this case this is rtorrent issue, not ruTorrent. Check directories 
permissions, check rtorrent console etc.
