After upgrading ro 3.5 Autotools plugin won't remember base watch drectory #790

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Open "Settings"
2.Go to Autotools
3.Input base watch directory
4.Press "OK"
5.Open "Settings" again to find that the directory was not saved.

Because of that I'm getting:
"Autotools plugin: path to base watch directory is not set. Plugin will not
work."

1. ruTorrent is 3.5
2. rTorrent is 0.9.2
3. nginx is 1.2.5 on gentoo
4. firefox(17.0)/luakit(2012.09.13-r1-24-ge9031a1) on gentoo

The only warning I found in logs of nginx is:
...an upstream response is buffered to a temporary file
/var/tmp/nginx/scgi/X/XX/0000000XXX while reading upstream, client...

No browser errors.

I even edited share/users/sochan/settings/autotools.dat and set the correct
value of path_to_watch by hand but it does nothing. It still doesn't show up in
rutorrent.

I eddited share/settings/autotools.dat as well and fixed it's owner from nobody
to nginx user but after refreshing the site and looking into settings the owner
was back on nobody and the path_to_watch value was empty again.

I don't get it.

It appears the path to topDirectory was wrong in config.php.

I don't know how exactly that caused the inability to save path_to_watch by
autotools though.

Anyway, this issue can be closed. And thanks for making a GREAT, GREAT rtorrent
web frontend. You are awesome and if we ever meet I'm buying you an alcoholic
beverage of your choosing.

Though I am still wondering what is causing "upstream response is buggered to a
temporary file"...
