Very slow UI when thousands of torrents are added. #834

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Add >1000 torrents. They don't need to be active up- or downloading.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Expected: That only the torrents are updated which are in the group/label I'm 
currently viewing. But that doesn't seem to be the case. An UI-Update usually 
takes about 5 seconds.

What environment are you using?
1. My ruTorrent version is 3.5
2. My rTorrent version is 0.9.3/0.13.3
3. I use web-server apache it version is the newest on OS Ubuntu Server 13.04
4. I use browser Firefox it version is 21 on OS Windows 7
5. Both PCs are connected via Gigabit-Ethernet

Are some errors present in the web-server log?
No.

Are some errors present in the browser error console?
No.

Adding additional torrents takes also very long.

2) Anyway ruTorrent isn't intended for work with such big number of torrents.
