Oblivion Theme #843

Oblivion theme has a few UI issues that could be improved.

1. The browse button on add torrent form is misaligned vertically (see 
oblivion.png and standard.png for comparison) 
2. Percentage text is difficult to read due to shadow on font and background 
colour when progress bar is full (see percentage.png)
3. _noty notification text for extract actions is difficult to read (see 
noty.png).

Tested on FF 22 and Chrome 28.0.1500.72 m
